So I just had a terrible experience ordering a washer and dryer from Costco. I waited over a month for the set and then when it finally shipped the delivery service did not show up 3 different delivery appointments. No phone call letting me know or anything and I had to wait on the phone for hours each time to reschedule. So I obviously got fed up and just cancelled the order.

I am wondering how reliable Home Depot / Lowes / Best Buy are with their deliveries. After my Costco experience, I care about this over everything else.
